I quite regularly see cars with Beverley Hills that don’t look too bad and with the dollar weakening some can seem good value. What’s the story? Are all their cars horrid or do they just not tell you which are and which aren’t so it’s a massive caveat emptor?
Twin turbo... beaten up floorpan... bizarre extra sump under engine... horrendous engineering... no engine number... I agree, an interesting 'project' – or rather, potential source of parts. BHCC can't start it and said the engine may not turn over any more. Discussed at length here: http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=351596
Tow bar is a bonus though, on almost every 914 owners wish list

I think that qualifies as ok Andy, on the basis that the trailer is running cookies....I also suspect it was better engineered!

Talking with guys in the States who have visited BHCC is buyer beware. They appear to be one of the biggest trader of Porsches on the west coast, people know them so ring them to buy their barn finds, trade ins etc. Their stocklist is huge and what this means is that they have a mix of trash and decent stuff. The problem is their descriptions are always vague, possibly due to the turnover, so you really need someone to go and look due to the risks.
