Polo Red with 90% original paint.
Numbers matching 1600 engine that is now 1776.

Key Features
Brand new after market SSP Fuchs with brand new tyres.
Original wood rim steering wheel plus gear knob.
Original vinyl interior in excellent condition, seats have retrimmed headrests.
Carpets are the original with some wear but in my opinion suits the used look of the car.
Original stereo in the dash as well as modern stereo with iPod/aux cable hidden in glove box.
New Work
Just had a full engine and gearbox rebuild with bigger pistons and barrels only 200 miles into the 500 mile running in.
Brand new Webber carbs but have the original Solex carbs as well.
Have original exhaust as well
The car has been completely gone through with new suspension, new brakes, new fuel pump plus lines, the car has been lowered.
New electronic dizzy plus full fire deployment system.
Brand new Karmann konnection sebring exhaust.
Other Specifics
The engine and gearbox were rebuilt by John Walklett and all other work was undertaken at Aircooled Works.
The car is rock solid with absolutely no rot and no welding needed what so ever.
The car was imported from LA and still has original parking permits from 60's and 70's from LAX Airport.
The car has a mountain of paper work with it and even the California Black plate.
Car is MOT and tax exempt but holds a current MOT, I always have my cars checked and passed by an MOT inspector.
