Never seen a Vesuvio/Boxster red car before!

High spec. Not sure I could live with it, but pretty rare surely. Bet it cost a bomb new.

Whenever I see a car like that I always imagine the first owner to be a fun character. Someone who does what they want with the spec and bollocks to what it costs or the residuals.

I have a vague hope that one day I will find a Panamera turbo in a colour scheme something like this : https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/10890955 but with a manual gearbox. Originally ordered by a 75 year old gent who used to race formula 3 in the 70s and once went on a date with Fergie.

Sorry, his wine merchant now has the Panamera, in lieu of a few unpaid invoices. You didn't think your man would be doing something as mundane as px-ing?
Purple and orange (sorry, I mean grey and red) 996? I would!

Funnily enough it was for sale privately about 2 years ago. It was on Pistonheads at just under £12k, and the big money mentioned in the ad had already been spent. I was very tempted to buy it as a daily, but that left only the motorhome with a tow bar, which is a pain.

Love the colour combo, which is a piece of me as a shy and retiring type
