What are people doing for sound absorption and vibration reduction?
My understanding is that the best solution to reduce panel vibrations is to use sound deadening mat, add a layer of foam absorber and finally a layer of mass loaded vinyl to block the sound. But there are so many products and different price points and which panels need more than others?
Any practical cost effective advice?
