´84 Fuchs 16 x 7" wheel - damage assessment

Just received a set of Fuchs wheels for my MY83 SC and on one of the rims one stud hole (the four others are fine) is damaged as can be seen on the photos below. The inner side of the hole looks fine.

- Is this something to be worried about or not too relevant (for normal street use)?

- If relevant can this be (feasibly) repaired?

A decent used 16x7 shouldn't cost too much. I'd want to replace that, looks like someone has tried to air chisel a locking wheel nut off. I'd be concerned that the wheel nut wouldn't be locating centrally and maintaining the correct torque setting.

Not sure I'd want that repaired in such a critical area.

I'm no expert though.

A pair here, though a wanted ad here and on IB would probably get you sorted.
