   I think Sam means Lord Mexborough and Sir Anthony Bamford!

It does appear to have acquired an awful lot of stone chips in the 12 years since I owned it, considering it’s only done 800 miles in that time…..
cheers, Mike.

maverick
noun
1. an unorthodox or independent-minded person.
2. an unbranded calf or yearling.
Origin mid 19th century: from the name of Samuel A. Maverick (1803–70), a Texas rancher who did not brand his cattle.

That is ace, anyone asked the price?....

Though "the 356 GT has everything" is a bold statement, when this one doesn't have the 4 cam engine......W

The ad is unclear but my interpretation is it has a hot pushrod fitted but comes with replacement 4-cam 95112 (presumably built by Hloch). Worth clarifying before you slap your deposit down…

I know the car and it does have a proper 692/3A 4 cam that comes with it. The pushrod was built for racing purposes.

Hi Winston, all good thanks. Agree that all you need is a 356 and a sunny day to put a smile on your face. Hope the “broken chain drive stuff” is as much fun!

Surely this won’t make £100k? Surely?

We all like a 964, and we all know they didn’t sell many and most are rubbish or have become a Singer but even so…

It was only at 62k this morning. Why on earth do people bid so early? What's the point?

Busy in the evening? Worried they’ll forget? Seller’s mates bidding it up? Could be all sorts.
