Like the price, I think the handelling might be held back by the weight of its own engine. The last bit "The car cannot pass a California emissions test, therefore it cannot be sold to an in-state private party buyer" sounds like it could be significant for the West coast modifying scene

The edge of that trim is a little disappointing. What can possibly go wrong, driving enthusiastically with an 8.2 litre cast iron block right behind you? Those leather luggage straps don't look like they'll restrain the beast...
