That looks to me like Jim Calvert’s (Stateside Tuning) old car. His was the only other car in the UK with the dry sump pump on a type 4 as my hillclimb car used to run

Jim's is/was registered YDL363L. This is Gerald's who helps Jim on rally events with his Beetle.
