Hello all. Just found out how to join up with ddk. [Last attempt was 2013!]
I have had an interest in 356's since buying a pre-A coupe for £80.00 in 1971 which I still have. I have just acquired chassis 51008 registered 515 JOU. This is the remains of John Lucas's first 356 race car. [painted silver and ran with various engines]. Car was crashed at Silverstone I believe as a result of tangling up with a Jaguar.
My friend has started a thread on here titled "out of hibernation" I will try to keep posting and put up some pics.
