These are two versions for Clive to clear his fire extinguisher, alongside a modified CUPL to fit early cars. The side step allows extra space for the central tunnel, I will get it polished and let Mike try it in his 67.

**********************

Important notice on the fitting of the CUPL.

The hew screw is only to push down onto the rail and hold the forks in place. The hole I threaded to allow this to happen. The fitting does not require you to drill the seat fixing rail. Modest tightening of the hex screw will give enough pressure to lock the couple in place. The hex screw has been supplied at 20mm length to give more flexibility for different seat rails. I need a shorter one in the 75 and have cut mine for aesthetics only, the 993 needs the full length to touch the bottom rail and lock in the couple.

Thanks

I'm a very happy boy... received my pair of beautifully made velveteen pouches today. So comfortable with a reassuring snugness for the left but freedom to 'swing' for the right. Drawstring pulls up nice and over tight too, just how I like it. Cheers!

(Goes without saying that the SL cup holders are of excellent quality - as promised - and fit perfectly. The step making all the difference. Expertly polished too and both right at home amongst the simple chrome of the Pagoda. 10/10)

Cubist thanks for the positive feedback, my wife is delighted to hear the pouches fit well, made her laugh.

Equally pleased you like the SL CUPL, I think they look great with all the chrome in the early SL. Lovely cars.
