They look very real and original. Single locking bases and D shaped headrests so likely pre-73.
Wish that were my loft. Were they in a house you just bought left abandoned up there? They look to be in remarkable condition.

They don't look to be Porsche Factory-fitted (or supplied) sport seats Serhad - more likely aftermarket Recaro sport seats or ex-BMW.
It's difficult to tell from those pictures but the sliders look like later Recaro ones.
Porsche Recaro sport seats have testured black hinges.
