50 years driving my 356 part 2 the photos

Okay, before I try my best to load a few photos on here, I must say I never realized how many photos I have of my car ! Over the past 10 years I have gone digital so there are quite a few on my PC which I can upload here. But of course many are hard copy prints. I have copied some early ones which I will start with and not being that conversant with doing this will try 5 photos at a time to see how I get on.
Just as well I am a retired bloke with a bit of time. In 1986 Classic Cars did an article on my car and in 2010 GT Porsche did another one. I have old fashioned slides Classic Car gave me which along with slides of some of my restoration taken so many years ago by my dad I have never had converted. However with the GT Porsche Magazine nine years ago Antony Fraser who took the photos kindly sent me a CD with them on so a few I will post on this thread. Steve Wright who did the write up for the article actually drove my car for one of the shots taken near Arundel. I told him then he was the only guy to have driven my car since I bought it in 1969 and he still is the only guy!
I will mention now, my deco strips under the door are 356B ones. Blame this on AFN. For some reason the strips were missing on my car when I bought it. The holes were there and I remember going into AFN on a visit up to Isleworth in 69 and asking if they could supply a pair. They duly came out with new pair. I fitted them and maybe two years later saw the correct ones with the wider width on another 356A. Too late to take back but it didn't really matter then, or now, for that matter except when you look at prefect restorations like Jonno's that show up that my car with its now 30 year paint, is just a really nice runner.
Photos now to follow next.
