Extra fresh air blower. Don't think it's a 356 option, but the blower motor is the same found in later 911/914 engine bays to boost air over the heat exchangers.

Yep, reckon that's a good one. Restored by a well-known professional for his own use.
BaT comments rather dull / petty this time around. Sometimes they are quite fun!

As it states in the BaT description:

"The car also comes equipped with an auxiliary fresh air cabin blower" ...

- looks like a nice car in one of the best colour combinations.

...with work done by one of the 'names'. Looks like a nice tidy but useable car.

$68K bid, with one day to go. No way you could build it for that.
Must resist.
And stop looking at Emory outlaws.
And stop imagining a little road trip to get it back east "for quicker shipping".

The fresh air blower was a factory option, at least on C cars. The ventilation selector in the top centre of the dash has another lever below it that controls the blower speed. The reason why the trunk liner is so strangely shaped is so that the fresh air tubes fit neatly beneath it.

Unfortunately, my car doesn't have one of those.

I willing to bet you couldn't buy the new Emory engine for $68k!!
