Interesting, almost 50/50 on left and right but not one for the middle option...

Very cool Jon. Love the details; door pocket, glovebox etc.

Beautiful colour

Left one for me, lovely build Jon.
I'm intrigued with the Elephant racing ASP rear suspension.
You fitted it to your turbo RSR backdate if I remember correctly.
How did you find the handling? Do you think its as good, or better
than a car with turbo trailing arms?

I was too slow posting the left, right, middle but it looks great.

Cheers.

Andy

Another thread I should bring up to date.

With the car beginning to look complete, but as we know that last 20% takes more like 40% of the time

I always like adding the new badge to a project.

A decision was made on the wheels.

Even a matching umbrella

With the car nearly assembled turned to the engine, a standard 3.2 lump with some dubious tinware.

This had deliberately been left until late in the project to see what the budget would allow.

Image

With every other area of the car now looking so fresh, the customer felt the engine needed to be brought up to the same level.

So we obliged

Image

Still a 3.2 but with 964 cams, lightweight flywheel and clutch, SSIs, GT style back box, Rasant throttle body conversion and Motec ECU, inlets, fan etc colour coded to the wheels and decals.

Short video clip here of it running.
