K&N air filters to fit CB Performance holders

Has anyone changed the supposedly not got CB Performance replaceable air filter parts for a K&N equivalent? I believe the number for the part is e-3341 but I'm not 100% sure as I can't find much info.

Ren, if you contact your local K&N dealer, he can find the filters by the size of your old ones.
