Bicester Heritage Scramble Sunday 22nd April '18

Post by MikeyC »

Next Scramble event is coming up at Bicester Heritage in a few weeks time, Sunday 22nd April:

Hopefully, if weather is good (no hangar for the Porsche crowd this time, unlike the January event) this should be a great morning out, always lots to see and a good variety of machines on display. Usually a large Porsche turn-out, and always nice to meet DDK'ers there, so do let me know if anyone's planning on coming, and do come and say hello if you're passing.

Regards,

Mike.

I’m coming to this Mike. Probably in the 356. Pity there’s no hangar parking - the atmosphere before was incredible. But looking forward to it certainly.

I'll be there,
Hopefully the Red Shed will be back from it's suspension set up, or it'll be the 997.

I'm planning on going but don't currently own a Porsche so will probably be in my Giulietta Sprint ...

I’ve wanted to go to a Scramble since they first started doing them.
I’d have to attend in an “old” car which would probably be my scruffy 356. It is however a good 3 hour drive there and the same back.
It doesn't matter if you speak your mind, because those that matter don't mind and those that mind don't matter.......!
Lusting after a 30/98, will settle for a 23/60.

3 hr drive in a scruffy 356, sounds like a great adventure already :bounce:

Keith, I think they will let a Cayman in, although they'll probably make you park round a corner somewhere

...great stuff Jeremy, and your photos from January were great.

I would urge anyone in two minds about coming to take a look at the January DDK posts to get an idea of the flavour of the event (and I should add: I promise I'm not being paid by the organisers to promote this, despite that being the back-end of my car on their promo flyer  ).

Hope to be there in the 911 at the scruffy end of the line-up (right at the end).
Classic motorcycle show on the same weekend, not sure I'll get a 2 day pass-out.

That's true, I normally manage to do this all by myself without any outside assistance :)
