Martin & Walker 550 Project

Hi
Just trying to gauge interest in my Martin & Walker 550 Spyder project. I purchased the chassis and then the body about 2 years ago and since then I have done some work on both. Have been buying replica parts lights, dials, handbrake, pedals, badges etc. I have fitted a refurbished 914 side shift gearbox fitted to a VW 1776 Type1 engine with new clutch assembly, new alternator, high torque starter, twin Weber 40 carbs, replica rocker covers and a Turbo Thomas Sebring exhaust system. Internally I have had replica seats made and upholstered and the instruments have been refurbished by Palo Alto. I have new drive shafts, new steering rack and ball joints and a new front fitted oil cooler.
The chassis was registered in Germany as a 550 Syder in February 1977 registration number DU-YW-76 based on a VW beetle registered firstly in 1968.
Stll needed is the aluminium floor, wheels (if you want wide 5)and a lot of work and mechanical jiggery pokery but I think other than the painting the major expenses are covered.
I have spent around £18000 so far and obviously would like to recoup as much as possible.
The problem I have is that as I have got older I have started to get arthrirus in my wrist and thumbs and as such I am finding difficult to work on my cars any more
. I am also going to have to get rid of my other Porsche treasures.
The car is configured LHD.
So any interest before I put a proper advert together?
