I love DDK, you know if you've asked a stupid question 'cause you don't get a reply..

The white plastic bush next to the clutch cable mount is'nt meant to be there I don't think. Just the brass bush only
Also your missing a spring in this area (44 on the PET)
Best picture I have of mine

Attached I have a photo of my RHD 2.4E pedal box set up before it was installed. As Garry says you are missing spring 44, but the rest looks as it should. I don't recall the white plastic bush and it isn't shown on the PET. What is #29 shown as?

Found some images in another restoration thread (Ferryman/Nick Moss) which I hope they don't mind me using, that show the white spacer at the support bracket end of the clutch shaft.
PET shows #29 at the other end of the shaft and is described as spacer sleeve (911.423.219.03)
Realise I'm missing spring #44, I have one on order.
Is there an end float spec for the throttle shaft?
Thanks both

Don't think so, and never used one if there is. Just tighten the nuts at either end then use the slots in the LH section to make sure the shaft is 'tight but free' and use a little copper grease on the bushes. Worked fine for 2 years now.

Thanks Mick. I think I'll use the spacer I have as it definitely came off my car.
And for those who may happen to pass this way in future some more information......
Out of interest I ordered a new spacer sleeve which is part number 911.423.219.03 and is shown on PET as being used on both L.H.D and R.H.D pedal boxes, but obviously in different locations.
The new, currently available spacer is a different length to my original (the discoloured one on the left).
12mm spacer fitted.
16mm spacer fitted.
no spacer fitted - without the spacer the clutch shaft would float, I think, as the 4 or 5mm adjustment allowable by the slotted bracket is insufficient to take up all the play.
