This week is not the greatest for Harry 911, damaging the paint again. Grrrrrr... Then I replace Harry's shocks only to have some other unexpected issues.

In this episode I reindex the torsion bars on Harry, which is how you can raise or lower your Porsche 911, and then I finally get around to taking you guys out on the road and and letting you know how it drives.

This week it is time to do something about the tired old exhaust on Harry 911 and bring it up to match the rest of the car.

In this episode, I finish off the bi-modal exhaust that I built last week and then Mrs Jeff finally gets to drive Harry 911.

Mrs J adapted to that box really quickly, you did well to coax her into the car and even better to stay calm!

Fabulous thread, enjoyed every step and I've learnt a lot by them.

This week I go through and start prepping Harry 911 for the track, including fitting harnesses, adjusting the valve lash and fitting a fire extinguisher bracket.

It is finally time to get Harry 911 back on the dyno for the full tune, but it doesn't all go as I hoped.

Re: Home Built Hot Rod (Full video build)
Sorry it didn't live up to expectations Jeff. That engine should be kicking out well over 200 you would expect. I'm sure you'll figure out what's going on and sort it.
Good luck

Re: Home Built Hot Rod (Full video build)
Now Harry 911 is a running driving car, it is time to start tidying up some of the things that have been bugging me on the interior. First step is to build a custom floorboard.
