Spoke to the organisers at Ignition Glasgow and they have made some changes/improvements for this year. The track has been changed, after you leave the courtyard you turn left along what used to be a closed road that split the car parks. Parking now has been moved further up the hill. This means that there is not spectators crossing the track and also gives more area for car club displays. Ford is a main sponsor and Motors TV will be back.

Thats my entry confirmed for both cars...gulp.

Margaret can I call you about scrutineering?, I'd hate to turn up and not get a drive. I am worried the 964 might be a bit loud for a start..

Just dropped off the 964 and am on the train home, back in the morning with the 356..

Had cold feet today but having seen the buzz in the paddock, really looking forward to it!

Just me and margaret representing DDK, we might not win but we will be the best looking :-)

Great first day and it was like watching two kids in a sweet shop, Johnny and Margaret had a ball. Here's them lining up for one of their runs up the hill.

And of course both looked fab on track. Here Margaret with her black cookie cutters and race tyres, I doubt she will want to give either back to their owners

And Johnny shortly after nearly missing the wall at the first hairpin!

Looking like a typical hill climb event, slow and easy until the light goes green!

Excellent pics, looks a nice day too, Shelsley was miserable!

I would have stopped for a blether, but you were totally in the zone. Both cars looking great. I've got some action pics, too. Will fire them up later!
