Probably doing my political goodwill bit and dropping by the PCGB open day at the club HQ in Moreton in Marsh on Sunday (6th December).
Also on the same day and on the same estate is the Rennsport open day. Premises look impressive, so worth a look.

I'm staying overnight on the Sunday at the White Hart Royal pub/hotel/eatery if anyone's local.

That's the plan...Weather, ECU and salt permitting!
It's the Sunday night I'm stopping over, as I have a meeting on the Monday.

Yes, I'll be going. Took the car out for a run this morning and it'll get me there and back. I'll be leaving here about 7.00-ish, so expect to be there about 11-ish.

Weather forecast better than it was yesterday – all the really bad stuff's got punted oop north to them northern types...and they're welcome to it.
Could always meet you at the Cirencester services (A429 as it crosses A417)? 10.30?

Do you have to be a PCGB member to attend?

No – I've not been a member for 12 years. The Rennsport open day is free to all, too, and just across the road from the PCGB HQ.

Yep I'll be there Danny......the Mongrel is looking pretty grubby though, do they let you in to Porsche Club event with dirty cars?
If the weather's nice might meet you earlier in the Tetbury area Keith.....some nice cross country routes in that direction.
Cheers

Mmmm......well the presentation of their cars isn't quite what you would expect from a business of this type.
Their £200K flagship model....

....and the underside!

Blimey. The car i looked at on there stand at the Goodwood revival had a bad fitting door to the extent that it was 5mm proud of the rear quarter.
Looks like they have spent some money on the facade of there building though....

Well I suppose our mince pies were a little dry too and the coffee not quite hot enough. Plenty of criticism there from someone who has asked no questions like which bits we have done on what car. Body's shells on cradles are not a finished product are they? Downstairs at rennsport is a workshop that we invited people in to see what we are getting set up. It's unfortunate now we will have to sack someone too for not shutting a door on the second click leaving it 5mm proud. I suppose she did make the mince pies though !
