Just passed me at 5.45 ish....I was traveling incognito in my wife's mini.

The 914 you spotted was my friend John in his very beautiful un-restored 914-6.
I had the job last year of getting this 914-6 back on the road after it sat in a garage on the Isle of Wight unused since the very early 90s!
I will be giving this 914-6 a service in a few days time.
One day I will get round to posting more about this 914-6.
