Not mine, and no affiliation, but looks to be good value at £23K

Agree, interesting.
Good colour.
Pre-varioram = less desirable in the market. Not to me though, the shorter gearbox ratios are the upside.
The scuttle rust is off-putting, screen out job to sort it, but most 993 coupes are suspect in this area unless it has been recently done. At least in this case it's visible and arguably in the price.
Wheels are nasty (IMHO). I seem to recall that those sport classic wheels are much heavier than cup 2s.
Wheel arch rust needs sorting ASAP. Polar silver is a pain to match, but a fairly localised repair is probably do-able.
Oil leaks and air con recently done.
No mention of suspension work. So probably some investment required there in due course.

I'm biased but I think 993s are great cars and the narrow body variants are still good value. I think the good value part won't last forever.

Cheers, Richard.

Nice 993 6-spd Coupes are getting sought after, and looking at the pricing of the various air-cooled models, it would seem to be reasonable value - even better if the seller takes an offer.

It may not be 'investment quality' - but should, subject to a decent PPI, be a highly usable example that should never lose money.

It will no doubt need running repairs, but the wheel arch surface rust looks like stone chips.

as I've found out recently after a 600 mile round trip, until you see a car in the flesh you really don't know how good / bad it is

.. but, a C2 manual coupe is exactly what I'm looking for ... having slightly lost my motivation & porsche mojo ( anyone want to buy a 2.4S  ) , that car is just to far for me to travel for
