D-shaped headrests

Post by kitesurfer2 »

I have a perfect set of black leatherette D-shaped headrests and would like to swap plus cash for a set of "Peanut" shaped ones correct for my 1973 911T.
If anyone can help, or if someone is looking for the earlier type, please let me know.

Do you have std or sports seats ?

The reason I ask is that both types of headrests were used on sports seats in '73.

That's the US theory Mike but I've seen supposedly original leather sport seats that had 'peanut' headrests ...

That's interesting. Were the peanut type you have seen trimmed in leather to match the seats Andy?
I'm trying to remember but I don't think I've seen any original leather peanut headrests.
