Sweet New Ride.
......Shame the chainset is incorrect! I ride 175mm cranks with a 53-39, they fitted 170mm cranks with a 50-34 ?? Maybe one day but not yet!!

Certainly when I specced my bike up a few years back it was really tough to get hold of longer (than 170mm) cranks. It struck me as odd that people would be able to spend fortunes on custom frames with mm correct geo and then all be stuck with 165/170 or rarely 175mm cranks

I've ridden 175mm all my life. I'm 6'1 with long legs. I've been told not to use it until the correct Chainset arrives....whenever that may be?

I thought there was some thinking today to move to smaller cranks?

Never mind the crank length, those front forks are clearly on back to front.

Nice ride from Peter Sagan today. We so rarely see breaks survive in the TdF it's refreshing.

Predictions for Sunday? It's hard to look beyond Wout, Mathieu or Alaphilippe. Maybe Mads will box clever again but there will be a few more hills for the big three to drop the others.

Perfect predictions for the break Neil....Wout, Mathieu, Alaphillippe and a Motorbike!

Tough one to call, as Pro riders they are aware of and used to the Moto's everywhere but poor Alaphilippes timing couldnt have been worse - Poor chap - OUCH!

Amazing race and Tao Geoghan Hart in the Giro

Wow
Amazing few stages (2 of the last 3’ in the Giro

And we have Hindley and Geoghan-Hart on the same time after 85 hours of racing.
15k time trial tomorrow with Hindley going last, in pink, but not normally the stronger of the two in a TT

What a fantastic stage today ! I'm not a fan of Rohan Denis but incredible domestique duties by him for TGH today.

Hopefully another British Grand Tour win tomorrow, Tao's got the last two World TT champions , Ganna and Denis as inspiration, at 15k's it'll be like riding a club 10 - the most important one of his life, I just hope he can do it !
