chap's just to confirm I'll be at London gateway servicea from 07:45 to 08:00 in my Aubergine 911, if no-one show's by 08:00 I'll see y'all at Husbourne Crawley!
just to be explicitly clear, these services used to be called Scratchwood services and are located between junction 2 and 4 on the M1 (there's no junction 3 for some reason)

Well, thanks to drummerboytom for caling me a sissy and to impmad2000 to texting me in the morning, I got up and went. Had a terrific time, didn't buy anything but didn't really go for anything. Meeting up with a bunch of you was the point and well worthwhile. Great convoy to Silverstone and a relaxed time at the races. Very enjoyable day, cheers all. (& no RAIN!!! Yipeee).
shot some pics, here's just a few.
Wanted posters to follow:
not porsche but at Silverstone on our Porsche afternoon cruise
A weak DDK'er caught in the act turning to the dark side.
Sorry for the quality but I was shooting moving subjects through a mesh fence. That's what the hazy zig-zags are.
Did anyone win the lottery on Saturday???
See you all again soon.
Cheers
