Hi, sounds like a good idea - I'm aiming to leave around 7ish so if the traffics not bad, count me in.

chap's just to confirm I'll be at London gateway servicea from 07:45 to 08:00 in my Aubergine 911, if no-one show's by 08:00 I'll see y'all at Husbourne Crawley!

just to be explicitly clear, these services used to be called Scratchwood services and are located between junction 2 and 4 on the M1 (there's no junction 3 for some reason)

that sounds most civilised. I'm probably gonna bottle out due to rain but if it's fine first thing I'll be out, and once out I'm out. What junction do you join 22? 21? 20?

Well, thanks to drummerboytom for caling me a sissy and to impmad2000 to texting me in the morning, I got up and went. Had a terrific time, didn't buy anything but didn't really go for anything. Meeting up with a bunch of you was the point and well worthwhile. Great convoy to Silverstone and a relaxed time at the races. Very enjoyable day, cheers all. (& no RAIN!!! Yipeee).

shot some pics, here's just a few.
