So far there are 26 of us eating. As the plan is to eat together, we need to let the Hotel know are meal selections. The menu we have been given is below and part of out Dinner, B&B package

Pressed courgette, red pepper and confit potato terrine, olive tapenade and sweet pickled quails eggs (v)

Grass fed Yorkshire rib eye steak (minimum 220g raw weight), hand cut wedges, flat mushroom, plum tomato, braised shallot and a green peppercorn sauce

Pan roast breast of Gressingham duck, cauliflower puree, fondant potato and red wine jus

Baked organic salmon with a Parmesan and herbs, rosti potato and a shallot and roast beetroot salad

Golden beetroot, goat’s cheese and spring onion risotto, poached hens egg (v)

Coffee panna cotta, caramel, double chocolate biscotti

Chocolate tart, chocolate & thyme ice cream, blood orange jelly
