Pages not refreshing automatically ...

Post by Lightweight_911 »

Since the server changeover my DDK pages don't 'refresh' automatically - if I read all unread posts in a particular section then go back to the Board Index the blue/green button for that section is still 'illuminated' suggesting that there are still unread posts - I have to manually refresh the page to 'extinguish' the blue/geen button.

Is there something in my user control panel that I need to change/update ?

Incidentally I've already cleared my cache & it made no difference.

A server change shouldn't have done it so have a look in your user settings.

I'm finding that the site has been running very slowly over the last couple of day, but no problem with refresh. I always use the "new posts" link

In the DDK shed with a couple of tin cans and a string.

Hopefully it will get better for you Nick but if it doesn't let me know and I'll do some digging.

No - I prefer to access new posts via the 'Board Index' page as I tend to target certain sections & read any new posts in those sections in order (General/911/For Sale/Restoration/etc).

All part of my OCD ...

I use view unread posts and then click the "back" button and this method doesnt refresh like it did before the update either.
Its no biggie, I just wanted 800 posts
