Fortunately there was nobody on the sledge & only my pride was dented, along with the bonnet on the A111, which was full of plod anyway!

Took four of us to roll it back over & she fired straight back up!

Phew! That could have been rather worse (understatement). Very glad you just about got away with it.

I always remember as a youngster (who owned a Fordson Standard when I was twelve, as you do) when a local agricultural machinery breaker and dealer crushed himself (to death) under a Super Major. He'd probably worked with tractors for 60+ years (he was well past retirement age), and still got caught out. Not sure hpw it happened, but was big news in area at the time, as no one could believe it could happen to someone so experienced.

Used to be tractors ... These days I agriculture it's the quads turning over that's killing people :(

Ultimately anything that has a heavier mass that is capable of getting on top can kill you... Oooh er!

Alas, I concur, as a youngster I was pushed onto two wheels as opposed to four. How ironic that the slower mode of the latter almost had me... I jest, but in truth it was a humbling experience...,

Just need to roll a 356 & a 911 now then I've crashed all the vintage stuff!!

*JOKE*

My dad went lairy... First time since I was 17 I've had a boll*cking... He lost a cousin rolling a Fergie TE-20 into a ditch so I had to respect him... He's a pretty cool old farmer to be honest & a lot better on a tractor than me!
