The Oulton Park Gold Cup is the north west's premier historic race meeting and will be bigger and better than ever in 2012!

On track a superb race programme will feature historic single seaters, sports, touring and saloon cars on the classic 2.6 mile undulating circuit.

Meanwhile there will be lots of entertainment in addition to the racing as the Cheshire circuit rolls back the years to its heyday in the 1960s and 1970s. There will be classic car and commercial vehicle displays, including track parades and bus rides around the track. Period fairs, face painting, parachute displays, brass bands, trade stands and even a 60s and 70s disco will transform the atmosphere. Spectators are encouraged to dress for that era, with many attractions only available to those taking part, including a special grid walk on the Monday!

There will also be historic demonstrations on the rally stages including the popular Group B era, with hot rides available to purchase on the day.
