An update!
Donations continue to roll in. Parts being donated, help from members, Tim's CDI checking etc.
This morning we've had a very generous donation.....

Not that generous
This was a gentleman who put his car up for sale for £20k and I told him he'd underpriced it significantly and if he puts it up at £25k he would still sell it quickly. I could have bought it myself and flipped it easy but was happy for him to make some more money, as it was his car and he'd owned it a long time. He did as I said, readvertised it at £25k and it sold it immediately at that price.
He offered me something for my help but I told him I hadn't been expecting anything and he had made £5k extra he wasn't expecting also. I suggested he made a significant donation to Macmillan through us to people who are not so fortunate and REALLY need it.
I was hoping he'd donate a significantly higher sum having just made £5k extra for nothing.
But maybe that's just me...
