The only attractive-looking air-cooled VW ?

That would be nice on a Boxster base even with a Q plate.

maverick
noun
1. an unorthodox or independent-minded person.
2. an unbranded calf or yearling.
Origin mid 19th century: from the name of Samuel A. Maverick (1803–70), a Texas rancher who did not brand his cattle.

You learn something new every day .............

I'm renovating a little bicycle for our grandson Quinn, that his Uncle Sam used to win his class (5 and under!!) at the 1987 Prescott hillclimb Bike race :)
One of the many things it needed is a new saddle.
I didn't notice in the heap of bits in the bike shop, but when I got it home, it appears that Thomas is diversifying to protect DDK in the coming days when we may not be able to buy petrol for our beloved vehicles.

Prescott Bike Race!
Remember them well. 'Entered' with my daughter who was about 6 years old, so about 1991, and off we both went with others. We were rapidly overtaken by a wizz-kid going down to Pardon.
The rider was a certain Scott Moran....

IIRC my daughter won a tube of Smarties for finishing.

Easier coming back down.
