I saw that one this morning too Steve - I was out in my '12 this morning and saw it driving past me on Frant Rd.

There's not enough detail in that second photo but the sticker on the rear lid says 'powered by Crosthwaite & Gardiner'.
I've seen it three times now, twice parked on double yellow lines and once abandoned as Ollie had managed to lock his keys inside.

It was parked outside C&G when Vic, Paul and I went there on a PCGB tour of the facilities. Vic gets out of his S, his chin hits the floor, "that's my old RS!" I'll let him finish off the story.
