Hi Gary,
Wow, amazing work. Once again I am blown away by the talent DDKers have. Well done.
Kind regards
Gitesh

Now with added sill trims.

I was planning to tape these on, but there’s no way that would work with this shape. So drilling into fresh paint and new metal and some self tappers had to be done…
Covered everything in thick grease, but part of me died inside each time I drilled a hole.

Great timing for the summer Gary.

Can I ask where you sourced the sill trims please. I'll need these.

Cheers,

Al

Sill trims and end caps are from Roger Bray.

I found it improved the fit if you bent the lower section further in by clamping the bit where the rubber goes between a long piece of wood and the bench then gently tweak it.

One way to fix the glowing alternator light… reduce the load!

I’d always planned to fit the new LED bulbs but just got around to it tonight.

Bit of a colour temperature mismatch, but at least I be able to see where I’m going now.

Did the same to my daughters mini a while back and it was exactly that!

Probably need to make sure the alignment is correct now! Previously never got flashed even if I left it on main beam :)

The Mini was bit of a faff as I had to get the headlamp warning coded out by a friend with a laptop, no such issues here!

I’ve done the tail/brake lights as well. Not the indicators as I didn’t want to faff with relays etc

What type of LED bulbs did you install in the headlights?

Thanks. You mentioned that the bumper caps weren't so good? Ala
