Wanted - 914/6 heat exchangers

Condition not important, I will consider anything.

Would appreciate any help in sourcing a set.

Hayward & Scott make a nice pair out of stainless steel.

I may have to resort to these if I cannot find any original ones. I would rather go with original fit ones if I can, but I gather the H&S ones do give good heat. Was a bit worried that they do not have access for the inhex nuts through the tinware as the originals. I can only presume they don't fit as close to the engine as the originals as it would be almost impossible to get at the nuts. Missed a set in USA recently at $800, oh bum.

They don't fit as close as the originals, enough space to put the nuts on.

The original heat exchangers tend to go at the silencer bracket tube.

Our car has had them since it was rebuilt over 10 years ago. They have been no trouble to us or the previous owners, and give excellent heat. They're expensive to buy, but being Stainless Steel, the job's done for good!

I have a pair of originals.

They are a bit old and don't have much life in them.
£300 the pair.
