Another tractor so different - larger non-standard front and rear wheels(thin spokes to present less area?) , greatly raised front spindles and huge extension to air cleaner tract. Did this tractor operate in flood conditions - maybe rescue ?

More likely high clearance and narrow wheels for rowcrop cultivation. Tulips from Amsterdam?
