Does anyone know the thread size/pitch for the large bolt that connects the lower end of the rear shock absorber to the banana arm?
Many thanks

I think upto 71 was M12 x 1.5 x 85
72 and after - M14 x 1.5 x 95

I sure someone will confirm this!

With later alloy arms it's a M14 x 1.5, M12 nut and bolt before that.

Thanks. I've just switched over to steel banana arms to ali ones. The bolt securing the lower shock absorber mount to the arm is the same one that fitted the steel one - but its too long buy about 10-15mm. Does this make sense? The ali banana arms are 76 period by the way
