Hi Helen - thx, I dont think it was Charles - was a younger guy from what I remember... I was giving another guy a test drive who was looking to buy it, he has a 356A as well...

Hows the S2 - arent they great cars! Had mine a year and v.impressed...

second S2 i've owned, they are such great cars.

this ones a bit ratty, it's taken a front end hit at some time but it drives beautifully.

I hold my hand up, it was me!

I was on my way back to Brighton from the Baron's track day at Goodwood. My car is ivory, but it was rather wet! I saw you and did a bit of a double take and came round again, I must have spoken to your prospective buyer, I remember he said he had an A. Anyway a few seconds after I stopped the car burst into life so as it was raining I headed of back home. My car has just been on the road a year after a total rebuild, I bought it as an abandoned pile of bits in late 2003.
