A quick post to thank Alan for his helpful assistance in my long distance (I'm in Sydney) purchase of a factory RHD early 911 targa.

Alan travelled quite some distance to inspect the car and provided me with a comprehensive yet concise report, a bunch of pictures and also his general opinion on the car's condition/value/history etc.

The car is now on its way to his workshop to have a few little issues sorted before its voyage South.

Thanks Alan for the PPI and purchase of my new 930!
Much appreciated stable mate for the 911T
Now just have to convince the wife they are 'His and Hers' cars!

I thought this thread needed an end - the car is now in Sydney, final fettling is done and I have been driving it (roof off naturally) all weekend.
