Evening All -

After some early set backs, I have now completed my home refurb of a set of 7s which I have fitted to my car. They're far from perfect but I'm happy with the results ! And the finger tips are already growing back !!

Morning Rich -

I think it actually looks a little bit higher in the photographs than it actually is - I think the more rounded section of the P6000's are a little bit deceptive as they actually do fill the arches fairly well. The original Falken tyres were almost square in section (if that makes sense) - and I though the car would actually be sitting on them!!

I'd certainly like to lower it more of course - easy at the front obviously - but not so keen to get stuck into the back at the moment. I might get "my man" to have a look at it.

Priority now though is to get it MOT'd and back on the road

Hope you have a great time at CLM !!

Sean

Morning Peter -

I take your question to mean - did i have any problems fitting the 7s under the wheel arches??

Couple of things I think -
Firstly, I think the tyre choice is important - the 195/65 Pirellis have a nice round cross-section - ie not too square - so that seems to help

Secondly - it's not lowered either. So clearance isn't such an issue.

I've not had it down any fast bumpy back lanes yet - but so far they seem to be working fine.

Hope that helps

Sean
