Apologies for the down time and time travelling this morning

Post by Bootsy »

Apologies for the down time and time travelling this morning - the hosts updated some IP ranges and forgot to sort out our site.

Then a few of you would have had the bizarre experiences of seeing a site from 2006!

Quite strange viewing some of the posts from the then (less than half) membership!

Things should be back to normal now.

Thanks

Well done Mr Bootsy :P .

I have to admit that I did phone Mr Moss to see if I've finally been banned from DDK (completely understandable, and well overdue IMHO). Anyway, it seemed that if that was the case, he was as well  .

Like you say, it was interesting to see what we were talking about then. Someone called Ferryman had just bought a 2.4E, and had fancy ideas of using it for a ST rep of some sort, and I was doing Tim's Targa at the time it would seem. How time flies  .

No worries, actually I also enjoyed seeing some of the subject lines from '06....

"USD @ 1.93 to the GBP" wouldn't mind seeing that again

"How does the congestion charge work?" How does it work, 4 yrs on?!

"Value of RS Carreras" Nice to know some things never change!

It was weird! I used an old password to log in and my avatar had taken several steps back :)

What a shame I couldn't get back to '06  All I got was the server message.

I am getting new post emails again after several months, so something good has come of this.

Nick, please don't tell me there's a tech question you can't answer?! Even I know it goes in one of these.....

Haven't you got a spare NOS one? I bet Mike could find one lurking somewhere!
