Hi, thanks for the warm welcome everyone , i will be home for the weekend so i will update this thread with more pictures :) .

Helen i think you may have already seen some of the latest pictures of the 356, a friend on mine (Richard Heaton) is a member of the S2000 owners club and your friend on facebook i asked him to post some pictures a while ago which i think you commented on, he told be about your 356a speedster police car which is a fantastic looking car and as your the meet organiser i hope i will get to see it in the flesh one day.

Hi del yes in staffordshire i've changed my location now. :)

Cheers

:notworthy: That looks very good indeed....well done that man....!

Loving that Jag in the workshop as well - can't quite work out if it's an XK, looks more like it may be a C-type?

Nice looking speedster mate wish i was half as far along with my coupe replica.Could i offer you some advice and lose the chrome tinware on the motor. Its no good for a aircooled motor the original was black to help dissapate the heat all the chrome is going to do is reflect it back to the block and heads.I know it looks nice but its like wrapping a potatoe in silver foil to do a jacket spud.Good luck with the build.
