DDK Nottingham Christmas Dinner - 17th December

Post by sladey »

OK I couldn't find out how to change the name of the other thread so I'll link that one to this one

I've booked it now for the evening of Thursday 17th December at the Hutt Inn, Ravenshead (http://www.pub-explorer.com/notts/pub/hutt.htm). I've booked it for 10 people and tonight I'll have to pay a deposit of £5 per head - it's fine if we get more there than that - I won't have to pay any more deposit.

The Hutt is within a few miles of junction 27 of the M1

I've booked the table for 7:00pm

There was the question of whether to have the Christmas menu or the normal one. If it was Christmas one then you'd have to book it in advance so to make things easier I've gone for the normal menu.

I'd be grateful if you'd confirm in this thread whether you're coming, and how many of you are there.

I'm also going to post on the Impact Bumpers thread and ask if any of them want to come along as well

Cheers

Mark

Shouldn't this be in Future Events?

Anyhow, most likely at the moment, though it could be our Christmas Party at work, will need to confirm shortly.

Mark - unfortunately that clashes with something we already have planned at work, but would have loved to have given the 'new' car a run up North.

Enjoy yourselves.

Unfortunately it is our Christmas night out at work on the 17th. I tried to steer away from that date but it got the majority vote. Sorry but I'll have to duck our of this now.

Yes it's got to happen for me - I've given them £50. People sometimes turn up at the last minute.

So far it's Bert, Me, Richard & Jane, Helen & Larry

As for the moderns perhaps you ought to start a 'moderns' chapter within DDK

Nige - sorry you can't come - I think next year I'll take it back to a small lunch arranged on the fly
