post delete option?

For example, if ones computer is having a spaz resulting in a double post is it possible to add a post delete option
Top right hand corner of your post .... little x thing...... to the right of "edit"????
. Only possible if one has the last post of a thread. I suppose for continuity users can't go back and delete posts
