Yup
it was the only way the guys could get it high enough to steam and pressure wash the underside of the car prior to paint. Its getting a light layer of stone guarding underneath and the topside is being returned to original Nepal orange inplace of the black ( and malaga red it was at some point in its life looking at some paint flakes we found)
The metal GT arches are done, oil cooler cutouts sorted so was ideal time to respray back to original orange.
Just mulling over engine spec now as the present 2.2 flat six is needing a make-over..

bonnet pins and plates, GRP hoods with steel GT arches
thru bonnet center fill fettling..
perlon covered 914 seats for that vintage race feel..
GT engine grill.. pre-paint and with rain guards..
