rare car

i'll be going hessisch vw show in mine and a friend in his perfect 51 crotch cooler rag and also a friend in his 46 so it should be a good cruise, hope i dont break down

i'll list more pics later

thanks for the kind comments
To be honest, all pre zwitter splits are my dream VW's. It seems since I was in teh VW scene they have rocketed in price. What's the going rate now for a decent 50/51 ? £15K ?

"crotch cooler"
To me they've always been 'rheumatism flaps'

1951 only item, IIRC.

Loving the car - good luck with the trip

Wow stunning, I can't believe the condition of the interior  . Do you have much history with the car and details of the previous owners.

A 46 - now thats a rare car? It wouldn't belong to Rod Sleigh by any chance would it? I know he owns a 46 but its been a while since I spoke to him to know if its on the road yet or not.
