To be honest, all pre zwitter splits are my dream VW's. It seems since I was in teh VW scene they have rocketed in price. What's the going rate now for a decent 50/51 ? £15K ?

mine was a more than that but it is an original 11g car with complete original interior and matching numbers, look at the prices on thesamba.com or colome motors and there fetching way more. i plan on keeping this, i'm done with buying and selling, to stressfull

A 46 - now thats a rare car? It wouldn't belong to Rod Sleigh by any chance would it? I know he owns a 46 but its been a while since I spoke to him to know if its on the road yet or not.
