911E - Seems a bit on the cheap side ???

does seem a bit cheap can only assume it needs a bit of fettling as the ad doesnt mention rust at all !

Looks like a 73 MY ??

A poor advert IMHO, no interior shots, none of luggage area or engine bay or more importantly closeups of body and underneath :shock:

still, at that price, worth a look just to see how much it needs

Just had a look at his website and the listing for it rather oddly says this:

I don't think original 911E's had an RS front spoiler.

That said, L is a 72 reg I think, even though it does look like a 73 , so free road tax and if its half way s OK then it does seem like good value

The RS spoiler just makes you wonder how "original" it is.

I believe the black horn grills and black trim around the front indicators were only used on the '73 model year cars (F series), before that they were chrome. Porsche model years ran from September, so a '73 model year car could have been manufactured from September 1972 onwards.

'L' reg ran from 1/8/72 to 31/7/73
