'73 911RS *Returned to owner?*

Post by left4dead »

I drove past Paragon late Sunday afternoon and screeched to a halt when I saw this in the showroom window:

http://www.paragonporsche.com/sales/veh ... ?ID=706381

Looked absolutely stunning although there are little details on their website. They were closed so couldn't ask either.

If it's as good as it looks it could well be worth inspecting if you're currently looking.

I've seen good Tourings go for more last year.

I thought the price was at the bottom end of what most dealers were asking last year for an 'ordinary' Touring. From what I could see this looked better than ordinary so I was wondering whether this price reflected a slight downturn in the market (or maybe whether it was a bargain to be snapped up - although not by me! :) )

Downturn prices are great aren't they? Just acquired a pair of tidy, dull, boring but rentable 3 bed semis for the same price...

Two houses for the same price as the RS? Is that possible?

Do you think they'll give you as much fun though? :)

Seriously though, well done. I would not have thought that possible, even given today's market.

By heck, with that sort of money, you can pick up a whole street in yorkshire.

A proper steet mind, non of your semi detached, softy southern, cul-de-sac nonsense.
