From a northern lad like me.. why is that house incredible ? Looks like a pretty average town house …. Now I do understand it’s a nice place for its location, but that doesn’t make it incredible

as I said, i understand its location which is great for London , doesnt make it an incredible house in the big scheme of things... unless the incredible bit is its value ! . ( I am being slightly facetious ;))

I see this car is also on google street view from 2022 8) Nice looking car and much classier way of driving around london center than some of the stuff I've seen cruising around there recently ( i've inadvertently become a regular to that area as my daughter is renting a flat in Mayfair )

Ah yes remember you asking for London renting advice, funnily enough Mayfair didn't spring to mind......

You’re in for a treat if you ever visit London Mike. There are thousands of houses just like that.

Also in other towns and cities.

£4.395.000. And that was for a mid terraced one without the side terrace and garage. Grade 2 listed. Nice money if not an ‘incredible’ house.
