You need to use a photo hosting site e.g Photobucket

Photobucket no longer works as they now charge for 3rd party hosting. Flickr works.

Yes there's a lengthy thread about it - I'll have to update this thread to no longer mention photobucket

I right-clicked on the image icon in your post above & copied the image address then put that between [img]&[/img] tags

I usually post images in 600x800
